I’m a personal chef with over 14 years of professional culinary experience in Japan and the United States, including high-profile events in the DC area. I specialize in Sushi, Japanese/Asian cuisine, and healthy home-style dishes.

I started my personal chef services in 2020 because I enjoy helping people and using my skills as a chef to support my clients’ home cooking and home parties. I’m from Japan so I love sharing Japanese culture through food. My sushi-making classes are especially popular for being delicious, fun, and memorable.
