Ririka Evans is originally from Yokohama, Japan, and brings over 14 years of professional culinary experience across Japan and the United States. She specializes in creating personalized dining experiences that bring people together through food.

​

She has worked on high-profile events in the Washington, DC area, including presidential parties, gaining valuable experience in refined, large-scale dining environments.

​

She is classically trained in traditional sushi techniques under Sushi Chef Asai at Tsukiji in Tokyo, Japan.

In addition to Japanese cuisine, she also creates Mediterranean, Italian, Southern American, Asian-inspired, and other globally inspired dishes tailored to each client’s vision and preferences.

​

For the past five years, she has hosted popular sushi-making classes for private groups, corporate events, wineries, and restaurants. Guests enjoy a fun, hands-on experience while learning authentic techniques.

​

She also provides personal chef services for vacation homes and Airbnb properties, offering memorable in-home dining experiences for bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, and special occasions.

​

For Ririka, cooking is not just about food, but about creating meaningful experiences where people can connect, relax, and enjoy time together.

​

She serves the Harpers Ferry, WV area, as well as Loudoun County and Leesburg, VA, Frederick, MD, and surrounding communities.
