Payment Methods

Payment for Personal Chef Riri's Services can be either Cash, Check or Zelle.

Booking Policy

 

Booking is first-come-first-serve. Please book at least 2 weeks in advance.

If you would like me to hold a specific day, you will have to pay a booking deposit in advance. The booking deposit will be deducted from your final invoice.

 

If you need to reschedule, let me know at least 14 days in advance. As long as there is availability, we can reschedule. If there is no availability, you will receive a full refund of your booking deposit.

 

If you reschedule less than 14 days before the cooking date, it will be considered a cancellation and the cancellation policy will go into affect.

Estimate Grocery Cost & Personal Chef Services Fee Policy

I will send invoice (grocery cost + personal chef services fee) after grocery shopping.

If the estimated grocery cost is $300 or less, you will receive an invoice which can be paid on the cooking day.

If the estimated grocery cost is over $300, you will have to pay the cost in advance. 

If the actual cost is lower than what was estimated, you will receive a refund of the difference within 3 days after the cooking day.

If the actual cost is higher than what was estimated, you will receive a invoice to pay the difference within 3 days after the cooking day.

 

Payment Policy

 

All payments must be paid no later than 3 days after cooking date.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel at least 14 days before the cooking date, you will get a full refund of your booking deposit.

If you cancel less than 14 days before the cooking date, you will get a 50% refund of your booking deposit.

If you cancel less than 7 days before the cooking date, your booking deposit will not be refunded.

 

However, we will respond flexibly in case of emergency. (our side and client side.)
